ALSTOM Power Energy Systems Indonesia, being part of ALSTOM Power, is now seeking highly qualified professionals who can work in team and willing to be stationed in our Jakarta office to fill the following position:

Project Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Reviewing the quality requirements of the customer specifications and highlight deviations to normal conditions of contract
* Ensuring project specific inspection requirements and test plans are implemented in the manufacturing operation plans
* Being project representative on behalf of Order Management on customer witness points
* Analyzing a customer satisfaction survey at defined project milestones. Investigate and solve customer complains concerning the project quality issues
* Ensuring the implementation of European/US/Chinese Codes & Norms in the project I&T plans.
* Providing an input to the QPI manager regarding q-people skills or the measuring equipment as per code requirements
* Creating project specific procedures and manufacturing project plan.
* Taking role of NCR handler for the NCR Resolution process between internal or external customer
* Coordinating and compiling the overall project quality documentation and submit for an approval to internal or external customer
* Technical clarification and deviation from contact requirements

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Others), Others or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Experienced as Internal auditor ISO 9001 is preferable
* Proficient in English, both oral and written is compulsory
* Be able to work in a team without boundaries mindset, resourceful and willing to learn
* Strong technical, including manufacturing processes and product knowledge.

QC Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Prepare the QC Department’s Monthly Report.
* Develop and maintain user-friendly databases and reporting systems in order to monitor the following areas:
* Status of inspection and testing requirements of each project.
* Frequency, nature and root-causes of Shop Audit Findings and Observations, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Rejection Notices (RN) and Customer Complaints.
* Welder productivity and performance.
* Inspection cycle time.
* Other areas as deemed necessary by the QC Manager.
* Fulfil the QC Department’s support role in the implementation of Power Max program.
* Develop data collection and statistical analysis schemes.
* Control, distribution and centralized filing of all applicable project related quality documents including drawings, procedures and those to be included the MDR.
* Conduct shop audits to verify compliance to established procedures.
* Control of information technology assets within the QC Department.
* When required, perform other quality-related duties as directed by the Quality Control Manager.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a related manufacturing industry with three years in QA/QC or a High School graduate with 8 years experience in a related manufacturing industry with 6 years QA/QC experience.
* Must have a working knowledge of the ASME Code, AWS and ASNT.
* NDT knowledge and qualified certificates at the required competence level
* Experience dealing with third party inspection agencies, national inspection agencies and customer representatives is desirable.
* Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Possess negotiations and Leadership Skills
* Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya.

Senior Tax Officer

Responsibilities:

* Support operations and countries on tax-related issues and act as an expert/ internal consultant on any tax related issues.
* Identify tax liabilities and potential issues and propose remedy actions.
* Develop specific studies on tax implications and minimization of tax liability and provide ad hoc recommendations to prevent potential specific issues.
* Provide advice on tax audit, specific tax-related questions.
* Provide tax expertise when required at local level either directly or by managing external resources.
* Contribute to the design of process, coordination and development of interfaces between operations, tenders and country for tax-related aspect of tenders/ projects/ operations.
* Act as Country Tax leader in countries where the country FD reports to the sector except for country where there is a tax director.
* Ensure that all tax invoices received from Vendors and released to Customers are correct as per tax law it include preparing monthly tax reports with all related actions that should be taken.
* Reconcile the related tax reports with accounting records.
* Updating the new tax regulation applied in the business.
* Preparing the annual corporate income tax return with all related actions that should be taken.
* Any other duties as requested by Finance & Administration Manager.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation with experience on different Tax matters
* Have at least 3 years experience in related responsibilities and experiences in Multi National Companies is preferable
* Autonomous and has a team leader skill
* Good written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Keen to travel time to times
* Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.


Senior Employee Relation Officer

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to develop effective working relationships with key employee representatives including Union.
* Responsible that the overall employee relations strategy is developed and aligned with the Group’s overall Industrial.
* Relations principles and monitor that it is effectively managed, achieving Sectors/Businesses/Group objectives.
* Responsible that HR tools, C&B practices and other HR processes, especially new ones, are in compliance with local rules and regulations.
* Monitors that the application of country wide company regulation are done consistently in the units and in line with best industrial relations practices.
* Represent the company in front of any employee/labour relations bodies.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law, Others or equivalent.
* Required skills: communication skills, Negotiating with people
* Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 5 years working experience in Multi National Company with the related field.
* Good knowledge & understanding about Indonesian Labour Law
* Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.

Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Performing sales activity assigned to ensure in achieving an optimum level of business.
* Responsible for formulating and implementing short terms and mid terms Sales Strategy.
* Accountable for the achievements of Sales volume targets and growth within specific assignment.
* Responsible for the evaluations and approval of sales proposal prior to proposal release, Evaluations must cover legal and commercial aspect.
* Responsible for establishing customer or prospect interface and retaining valuable clients for future business.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): presentations, negotiation and commercial law
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferable has Experience in Power Energy business and working in Multi National Company
