System Innovation Officer Work Location Jakarta
Responsibilities:
• Set up working (Business process, SOP, WI, REG) to improve labor productivity
• Anylizing and do some improvement constantly to a system / work process for improving productivity
• Conducting internal audit of system (SOP/Procedure)
• Preparing for External audit ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 , make iu success and "Recertified"
• Implementing ISO & OHSAS system in environmental organization of IBB
Requirements:
• Female Graduated from S1 majoring Industrial Engineering
• Experince in handling ISO 9001,14001 & OHSAS18001 for about 1-2 years and do audit system
• Experience 1 – 2 years in handling business process / flow process and make an innovation in system / process
• Experience 1 – 2 years on making SOP. Working Instruction & Regulation
• Able to work Individually or team
• Computer skill : MS Office (Word, excel, ppt), Visio
• Have a good interpersonal skill
• Have a good analytical skill
• Proactive to find the information to the field
