Reporting to : Quality Manager
Purpose of the job :• To support and ensure activities in quality area (incoming, micro, finish product, utilities) is running well with good analytical thinking & comply with standard.
Responsibilities:• Produce & record analytical data for quality assurance of incoming material, inprocess, utilities, finished product, microbiology
• Ensuring the availability & reliability of the equipment for analytical measurement by actively involve in maintenance, troubleshoot, test & calibration
• Maintain & control the condition of reagent & chemical used in measurement
• Understand the working principle of lab measurement & implement standard accordingly
• Review & update of the working standard to be comply with Heineken Laboratory Standard
• Apply Heineken Sensory Ring Analysis
• Apply Heineken Microbiology Ring Analysis
• Create corrective & preventive action for deviation in measurement
• Apply 1st line control to ensure precision in measurement
• Actively involve in identifying & reporting deviation in the production & utilities process based on accurate & precise measurement
• Ensuring that working environment is tidy, clean, and safe
Requirements:• S1 degree from reputable university with biology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy discipline or other related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experiences in laboratory environment.
• Familiar working with Standard for Laboratory Practices
• Familiar working with statistical process control
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP System

Utilities Engineer Work Location Mojokerto – East Java
Reporting to : Engineering Manager
Purpose of the job :• Managing operational process on utilities i.e boiler, cooling plant, air plant, CO2 recoperation plant, water treatment plant, maste water treatment plant to support production process with good operation maintenance.
Responsibilities:• Operates, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, tests, and calibrates mechanical and electrical equipment i.e. boiler, alcohol water, air pressure, water treatment plant, waste water treatment plan in a safe and efficient manner.
• Make recommendations on major overhauls and replacement of equipment and identify, recommend, and develop energy conservation projects.
• Supervise civil contractors to execute job properly.
• Control & monitor the performance of mechanical equipment and utilities within the plant.
• Develop preventive & routine maintenance program in managing and maintaining all mechanical equipment and utilities within the plant.
• Manage the implementation and discipline in execution in order to minimize the level of breakdown.
• Oversee installation to ensure machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specification
Requirements:• University graduates with Industrial Engineering / related background.
• Min. 3 years of solid experiences in utility engineering.

Brewhouse Cellar / Production Operator Work Location Mojokerto – East Java
Reporting to : Brewhouse Cellar Team Leader
Purpose of the job :• To perform basic functions within area of specialization silo handling, brew house or fermentation & filtration process in order to achieve production targeted within cost, time quantity, quality standard
Responsibilities:• Operating machine / process through an automatic and computerized system in line with SOP in order to produce products.
• Measuring & recording quality parameters in quality data system to ensure up to date quality data.
• Performing simple machine maintenance and trouble shooting to minimize breakdown.
• Performing cleaning of equipments and surrounding area to meet hygiene standard.
• Developing & up dating SOP in order to maintain operational standard.
• Ensuring that the safety procedures are adhere to, implemented, create awareness through the safety and health committee.

Description: Responsible to support Trade Marketing Manager in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating trade marketing strategy and activities to ensure the achievement of trade objective
Responsibilities:• Participates in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts, in order to supervise all promotional activities.
• Develop plan, execute, and responsible to the performance of all designed programs to increase presence and ultimate take-away.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting of Trade Marketing plan, budget and initiative execution.
• Involve in establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.

Brewery Technologist Work Location Tangerang
Purpose of the Job: Analyze, control, improve and troubleshoot the packaging process, the quality of packaging materials and the final product in order to reach the specifications of the company’s products and assist in all the technological packaging matters.
Job Description:• Develop into subject matter expert in area of beer process and packaging technology.
• Secure the technological matters in production / packaging area by ensuring half product and final product are packed under the desired quality.
• Improve the packaging operation on technological issues: Foreign gas, CO2, oxygen pick-up, PU-control, CIP and micro-situation.
• Test the performance of the materials (instruments, chemicals, packaging materials) in cooperation with the supplier
• Recheck and confirm out of specification results
• Initiate and coordinate trial actions plan in the process and/or materials use to improve quality and/or cost
• Initiate and coordinate improvements in procedures, processes and materials to improve efficiency and quality
• Provide technological support to the beer process / packaging to ensure maintenance and improvement of quality and processes.
