Requirements:
• Male/female, experience min 3-4 years as Business Analyst Team Leader
• Detailed understanding of Information System, System Analysis & Programming, Data Processing Development
• Life Insurance knowledge and business processes
• Knowledge of Life Asia/400 system is an Advantage
• Good problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve relevant technical problems and issues
• Good communication skill (verbal & writing), positive work attitude, pro-active, and initiative
• Good command of English
• Preferably ex: Manulife, Prudential, AIAF (they are using the same system with us)
