Cost & Accounting Supervisor (CAS) Work Location Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
• Budgetary control (Upload Budget, Create FRN/CIO, Budget vs Actual Dept wise Report)
o Inventory Report
o Pricing / Gross Margin
o Invoicing and reconcile A/R with Customer
o Reconcile stock at Vendor
o Import Charges
o Fixed Asset

Requirements:
• Educational Back ground : S1 /D3 in Accounting or Finance
• Age 28-32 years old
• Experience around 5 – 8 years in General Accounting, costing or Finance Area
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Good in English
• Familiar with SAP will be an advantage
• Good personality
• Willingness to be placed in Karawang Factory (Shuttle bus provoded)

Warehouse Supervisor (WS) Work Location Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
• Implement Supply Chain Management
• Receiving forecast from customer and delivery schedule
• Controlling inventory level and keeping all stock 100% accuracy
• To keep and control all operation in warehouse and Logistic Department based on ISO 19001 and ISO 14001 standard
• Monthly Report Raw Material, and Finish Good
• Follow up all problem between warehouse and Logistic
• Control and check all warehouse and Logistic activity, in order to keep supply material to the customer
• Check material usage daily, weekly, and monthly
• Control delivery from local supplier and shipment from Overseas until in-house

Requirements:
• Education Background : S1 Industrial Engineering / Management
• Age 28 – 32 years old
• Preferably from Logistic Company
• Strong understanding on the warehouse management system
• Good in microsoft office
• Able to communicate in English
• Familiar with SAP will be an advantage
• Willingness to be placed in the Karawang Factory (Shuttle bus provided)
