Head Of BI Reporting Work Location Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
• Position description :
o Responsible for managing financial reporting to the Central Bank and will plays a critical role in ensuring the deliverables from the team meet the business objectives in a timely fashion.

• Job Responsibilities:
o Supervise officers and staffs by reviewing the reports to ensure the reliability of all financial reporting. Numbers of subordinate : 6 staffs & officers.
o To review the LBU Basel II Report Consolidation and per Branches level as well as to prepare the Published Financial Statements and Bank’s Business Plan based on Bank Indonesia regulation.
o Monitor processes and systems are in place to ensure that all reports are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
o Ensure and monitor the compliance of the reporting based on both central bank regulations and PSAK.
o Provide general advice on best practice to Head of Regulatory Reporting, Tax and Financial Development to ensuring effective communication and reporting on the implications on any new regulatory reporting requirements.
o Identification of and participation in continuous improvement opportunities
o Work collaboratively with the rest of the Financial Control, Technology team (and interface parties when required) and take ownership for one's actions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance Banking from reputable university with GPA > 3. Master degree would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience on the same position and or minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Banking Finance Division or Accountant Public with experience in banking.
• Experience in Accounting / Financial Reporting and have capacity specific on Central Bank (BI) Reporting and handling new LBU Basel II Reporting.
• Knowledge in accounting standards specifically PSAK 55 and central bank’s regulations
• The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Accountant and will have sound knowledge of financial reporting techniques within a banking or Financial Services environment.
• Able to work well under tight deadline
• Problem solving abilities, attention to detail, a strong work ethic and multi-tasking skills a must.
• Expert PC skills, with good knowledge of Excel (Pivot) and Macro
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English. Excellent report writing as well as presentation skills would be advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as have good analytical mind.
• Strong organization skills; capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Provide key business analyst support to project managers and stakeholders
• Taking full accountability for the specified deliverable
• Ensure Business analysis, Impact analysis, Gap analysis and System analysis are done to a high standard on defined projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Tasks Includes Stakeholder management, Scope definition, Business Case/Benefits definition, Requirements Elicitation, Analysis and Documentation, Requirements Management, Test & Implementation Support, Risk & Issues Management
• Work independently (or as part of a team) to define and document business requirements and define the scope of the proposed change. This also extends to having the requirements signed off by the business as well.

• Strong familiarity with the project life cycle methodology and have ability to produce high level documentation
• Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
• Excellent report writing as well as presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to distil complex technology-related information into a documented form using appropriate mediums (diagrams, spreadsheets, reports, etc)

Senior Manager - Corporate Marketing & Communications Work Location Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
• Job Description:
o Report to the Managing Director & Senior management
o Responsible for providing the full range of corporate communications and branding to the Company
o Design media publicity plans for product/service launches and to build constructive relationships with corporate media
o Develop public affairs and publicity programs on corporate social responsibility, crisis management and brand building
o Develop strategy to enhance the company’s positive brand image through various activities such as event management, sponsorship and education.

• Job Responsibilities:
o Public Relations. To plan and implement communication programmes, media and public relations inc media relations strategies for both internal and external audiences. Should also conduct the management of company’s data to support documents for stakeholders. This function also requires the person to take strategic action towards maintaining corporate reputation.
o Brand management. To manage and execute branding and visibility strategies through above and below the line activities. The person should also ensure consistency of corporate brand according to brand standard manuals for all internal and external marketing & corporate communications materials.
o Marketing Communications. To plan and organize activities related to marketing communications collaterals development and production that may support both corporate and business needs. In addition, the function should ensure media effectiveness and brand strategies are regularly reviewed. It includes providing the brief to internal creative advertising team or third parties, reviewing and monitoring their works such as creative designers and production houses.
Corporate Social Responsibility. Handling and monitoring the execution and implementation corporate social responsibility program included promoting the program internally and externally i.e. through media and other means of communications to support corporate image building and branding development. This function will support to build and develop CSR awareness of the internal and external audience by organizing CSR events with clear theme and focus.

Requirements:
• Having at least 7 years solid experience in Corporate Marketing &
• Communications, preferably in financial services industry
• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Business management or related disciplines
• Experience in handling media relations by having good contact with the media
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and computer literate
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
