Sales Engineer / Product Manager for F & B Segment Work Location Jakarta

Responsibilities:
• Planning & developing drives sales & distribution in Indonesia
• Identify and developing customers in product knowledge & applications
• To plan activities & strategies for penetrating into market
• Establish & maintain good contact with consulting engineers, contractors & and User of Frequency Converter (VSD) in food & beverage market

Requirements:
• Recognized Bachelor Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years of Sales / Marketing Experience in F & B segment
• Preferred to ahve experience in frequency converter (VSD)
• Good command of English & Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent computer skills
• Preferably has a good knowledge & connection in food & beverage market.
• The successful candidate can expert to work in a result-oriented multi-cultural environmental, therefore the ability to withstand pressure and a flair for working with people are pre – requisites.

Danfoss Refrigeration Manager Work Location Jakarta

Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities:
o Responsible for management & development of Danfoss Refrigeration business & organization in the country, to achieve our short and long term targets

• Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
o Achieve Danfoss Refrigeration targets month by month
o Strong focus on developing new business & growing current business with large OEMs & Wholesalers
o Build a motivated & competent organization
o Show engagement in developing the business in Indonesia
o Build & review strategy for Indonesia

Requirements:
• Mechanical or electrical engineer
• Commercial Education/Commercial handling experience
• Good communication skills – show leadership
• Sales skills / Ability to lead teams
• Coaching and motivation of sales force
• Business management & people management
• Experience with sales or application of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
