Process Specialist Work Location Bogor

Job Accountabilities :

• To facilitate the operational efficiencies of the manufacturing facility by application of world class business practices, leading through example to establish a culture of continuous improvement in a safe working environment.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or relevant experiences)
• Experience minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor (preferably on Manufacturing or Heavy Equipment Industry)
• Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Computer Literate (MS Office is a must)
• Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Good English both oral & written
• Energetic, enthusiast, smart
• Willing to work on shift

Business Team Manager Work Location Bogor

Job Accountabilities :

• According to business plan, allocate the resources and duties, organize, implement, monitor and adjust the production activities to conduct production tasks in quality and quantity, including direction to guide the production activities through all key coordinators.

Job Requirement :

• Education and/or experience equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience in tire industry
• Previous experience in Japanese company will be preferable
• Good knowledge in manufacturing systems, specifications, machines basic operations
• Good understanding in Kaizen, QCC and Six Sigma
• Positive outlook, enthusiasm, high initiative and creative
• Sharp analytical skill
• Strong leadership and communication skill
• High commitment in safety and quality

Logistics Manager Work Location Bogor

Requirements :

• Education and/or experience equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Business
• Minimum 5 years experience in logistics for Manufacturing industry
• Minimum 2 years experience in Managerial level
• Acknowledgement and experience in using SAP will be an advantage
• Experience with Six Sigma or other methodical process improvement methodology is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skill
• Sharp analytical skill, positive outlook and enthusiastic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent English both oral and written

Fleet Manager Work Location Bogor

Job Accountability :

• Direct, plan, implement and control the sales and marketing programs for Medium Commercial Tire (MCT) , OTR (Off The Road) and Medium
• Radial Tire (MRT) cooperation with Regional Sales Manager, to attain assigned sales objectives, to obtain Goodyear's desired market share, in accordance with the guidelines set by General Manager Sales to generate sales growth and maximize profit.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in related discipline from reputable university,
• Master Degree in Marketing is an advantage
• Having 5 years experience in sales and marketing background and at
• 3 years previous experiences in managerial level
• Good business acumen and proven track record of success in sales and marketing
