Senior Business Analyst Work Location Jakarta
Reports to : Head Of Business Analyst

General Purpose :

To facilitate the development and implementation of business solutions for Life Insurance Applications System. Responsible for performing project duties to develop and transform business goals and objectives into executable project plans. This position is involved Business, Marketing, Legal, Actuarial, Operations and Programmer/IT Staff in coordination from the initial phase to final implementation of a project.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide daily control on IT activities to be inline with Sarbanes Oxley
• Performs the reviews on a pre-planned basis
• Monitors compliance with Application Life Cycle procedure.
• 80% - 90% work on small sized projects or specific components within a larger project, performing basic design work, configuration and testing
• Performs configuration tasks on a system component
• Executes enhancement and system level test cases
• Provides support to customer’s test efforts
• May assist in analyzing customer’s business requirements and technology objectives, may develop a specification to meet customer’s business needs
• Prepare status reports, as needed, on all project activities

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Business Analysis experience
• 2 Years of experience within financial services, business consulting or technical consulting
• Banking / Life Insurance Industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or computer science

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Able to communicate in Indonesia Language and English both oral & written and interpersonal skills
• Must display professionalism and confidence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
• Excellent business acumen and industry acumen.
