The role
Based in our offices Jakarta, you will be responsible for providing technical assistances around compensation & benefit activities for business process, such us recruitment remuneration package, performance bonus, annual salary review, etc. You will inform Superiors of events or changes within your remit that can impact company’s current practices or business. At all times conduct your professional activities within the parameters of corporate and regulatory requirements.



Responsibilities
• Design and Develop Premier's Compensation package with clear justification and analysis to ensure the remuneration packages are internally equitable and externally competitive
• Provide guideline and assistance to recruitment & users department in regards to Premier’s compensation package at offering stage
• Manage staff position review, from compensation & benefits point of view, and provide advises and feedback resulted from completed job evaluation process.
• Assist preparing annual budget relates to department personnel cost
• Advise Supervisor and Managers on the potential changes and impact of a new C&B package to be implemented based on detail industrial analysis and given company’s performance. Including observe, research and review current company's remuneration structure and provide recommendation
• Proactively involve in external sources as a reference source to staff and company regarding current company C&B policy
• Coordinate with external consultants as an active participant in annual industry C&B surveys; conduct regular surveys of the Indonesian Oil and gas Industry as part of corporate annual salary reviews. Provide the analysis regarding surveys result; Generate "Salary Individual Letters" for employee regarding their salary increase
• Work closely with departments to develop salary model and recommendation by utilizing staff Performance Management data, market analysis and taking into consideration the new government regulation and policy
• Provide other C&B studies within Oil & Gas and other industry as comparison regarding employee current condition.
• Develop relationships with peers from other PSC's, maintaining current market knowledge, and ensuring the maintenance of best practice within the department
• Prepare ad hoc internal and external benchmarking, normalising external market data where appropriate

Skills (and experience)
• Fluent English (written and oral)
• MS Office and HR related technology
• 7 - 10 years minimum experience within a corporate HR environment, 5 years + experience within Compensation and Benefits

Knowledge
• Upstream Oil and Gas experience highly valued
• C&B concept and design
Attributes
• Effective communicator in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail in producing reports and financial analysis
• Able to work creatively in finding solutions to C&B issues
