Requirements:

* Male or Female, age max 35 years
* Minimum 3 years experience as trainer and/or Agency Development related function
* Knowledge on implementation of training process with emphasis on competency profiling and assessment
* Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
* Have presentation and facilitation skill,
* Have Communication, negotiation & interpersonal skill
